Complete tender documents including coordination with civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers/consultants
Prequalification process for general contractors
Tender administration and recommendation
Project administration throughout construction including contract close out and commissioning.
With the amount of experience we have in educational projects, all of our staff are fully conversant with Ministry guidelines, the Ontario Building Code and the requirements of the Ontario Fire Marshal. Our office is fully computerized using the latest versions of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office for preparation of contract documentation. We also regularly use digital photography and desktop publishing as part of our documentation.
