Stratford Discovery Centre

Our firm was responsible for completing an official assessment of the building in order to assist the Board of Management in their planning and fund raising to preserve this historic building.  Currently, the first phase of the project is complete and includes interior and exterior renovations and upgrades to the building for several clients including the Stratford Festival and the Stratford Perth Museum

 

St. Marys Town Hall Renovations

Various projects have provided installation of a full-fledged 3-floor elevator and renovations to the basement to convert to office space, renovation to the Council Chambers and second floor area and exterior stone work.

 

Stratford City Hall Renovations

Work with the City of Stratford has included various studies prepared for restoration of brickwork, office renovations, full-fledged 3-floor elevator installation and front staircase repairs.  Studies have all been carried through to construction.

 

South Huron Municipal Centre - Exeter

This project involved the renovation to the original Town Hall including an addition that was designed to blend with the character of this historic building.  Currently, our firm is in the construction phase for the new South Huron Library to be connected to the exiting Town Hall.

 

Homer Watson Museum - Doon

Exterior brick restoration and interior renovation of a Museum/Gallery which was originally the home of the famous painter Homer Watson.

 

Central Huron Secondary School - Clinton

Various projects have included exterior brick restoration, window replacement and interior renovations to 1926 building.

 

St. Marys Presbyterian Church - St. Marys

A new education wing was added to the church which allowed for more office, meeting, and Sunday School space.  Handicap accessibility was also included to this new wing and the church proper.  Within the church itself, a new balcony area was added.

 

Jenny Trout Centre - Stratford

The Jenny Trout Centre is a professional office complex containing 20 suites in 36,000 s.f. of building area including medical offices, a pharmacy, and a cafeteria.  Formerly, a historical brick industrial building, the renovation was ongoing for several years until complete occupancy occurred.  The firm has returned to this project to assist the owner with any renovations required for new tenants.

 

St. Marys Opera House - St. Marys

This project involved the preservation of the historic exterior and conversion to the upper floors into apartments and rehabilitation of the first floor into stores.
